Be Happy


Happyness is a relative feelings. Nobody is perfect or absolute happy in this world. One is happier than another and vice versa. One to create and feel happiness in his mind. It is a matter of feelings. But it is very much required for mankind.
Happiness not only makes life better, but it can even make your life longer. Research shows, having a positive atitude about life, can increase your life expectancy by 7.5 years.
In our everyday life we experience plenty of stress and hear many bad news. These events make our life miserable. These are natural, we cant avoid these events. But if we are determind to be happy we can change these events with happy events. We can spend our time thinking happy thoughts.
There are some techniques to be happy. These are- always try to smile, try to think positive, lets go the negative thinkings, make your everything enjoyable etc.
Try to smile more, which has been proven to improve moods and increase happiness. You'll follow the smiling changes with techniques to identify any negative thoughts and feelings that you have and replace them with positive ones. Then you can focus on letting go of beliefs that block your happiness. Next session, you can pay some extra attention to your routine tasks to make them more enjoyable and pleasurable at your own way.
Finally, no skill can help you if you are not determind to be happy. Set your own way and techniques to be happy. Be satisfied with that you have and with your present social status. Be sincere and honest in every aspect, enjoy life, be happy.
