GREENBRIER GHOST
A ghost once helped convict a murderer. Zona Shue's death in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in 1897 was presumed natural until her spirit appeared her mother and described how she was killed by her husband Edward. her mother persuaded the local prosecuter to reopen the case and an autopsy on the exhumed body varified that Zona had been murdered. Edward was subsequently convicted of the crime.
